Here's how things will work over the next week or so: (subject to change)

Wednesday night will be SKALES. Cross and rain are presenting. Well worth the trip, they do a great presentation.

Next weekend will be the last parties. Both nights are play parties. Same rules as always. Same prices as always (15$ for members/$20 for guests) Same hours (8pm - 2am)

Sunday, the 9th, at noon, we'll be having a "going out of business" sale. Raffles, auctions and a kick asss BBQ courtesy of Blackwulf and MtDancer. Just about everything in the building can go. In addition to a few bucks to put towards the debtload, anything we sell I don't have to move and pay storage on. So, here's your chance to own a little piece of things. And it's not just the play equipment. There are some really nice couches, tables, artwork, chairs, etc in there. Easily nice enough for home use, if you needed furniture for your house. Some of the artwork is racy, but much of it is nice enough for home use.

Sponsorship is an important part of membership. It is necessary for members to be sure that the person or persons that they are sponsoring meet all necessary criteria. Additionally, members should be aware that the actions and behavior of those they sponsor directly reflect on themselves. It is important that sponsors inform sponsees of:

  • Who we are as a club

  • What we do

  • The differences between the Enclave and other clubs they might have joined. (HINT: Use the Membership area of this website)

Steps for sponsoring:

  • The sponsor (member) must fill out a sponsorship form with the sponsee on premises and submit it to management. Applications are available in the admissions office. The sponsee must be 21+ years of age or older.

  • The sponsor must inform sponsee of the process and review of the Membership area of this website.  There are flyers about membership in the foyer (man-trap). Please be sure your sponsee has a copy.

  • Sponsor must be the go-between to notify sponsee of the orientation schedule. If the sponsee has not attended orientation within 30 days of the application, the sponsorship form is void. You may re-sponsor the same individual at your convenience, no harm, no foul.

 

The sponsor is responsible for their sponsee until the sponsee has attended 6 club events. Applicable events include member only gatherings (play nights and quarterly meetings) and club sponsered Mixers and special events. A new member is in a provisional period during that time and will not have guesting privileges nor sponsoring privileges. Once their 6 visits have been met, they are givin the 'green' card.

After orientation, should a sponsee not attain the 'teal' card within a year, the membership drops. Again, the sponsee may be re-sponsored at your convenience, no harm, no foul.
